Roger Allen

Founder and Co-Owner of RGK Consultants, Roger Allen has over 40 years of experience of common carrier, private and contract carrier options. Mr Allen’s family background dates back before there were even trucks to drive. His great grandfather started Silver Motor Freight using horse drays. Mr. Allen started working in the family business when he was 17 years of age. He followed the footsteps of his aunt and uncle of learning all phases of the commercial vehicle industry. He has driven over 2 million miles; all types of trucks and buses. He has been owner-operator, truck broker, president/general manager, operations manager, safety director, and driver trainer. Mr. Allen continues to keep himself updated on all regulations and industry standards in the commercial vehicle industry.

Charley Chipman

Charley Chipman

Charley Chapman became an associate of RGK Consultants in 2001. Charley was first introduced to the Art of accident investigators in the Austin, Texas police department. In 1990 Mr. Chipman began working as an independent and has been involved in crash testing of tractor/trailers and has ridden in the tractors many times during actual crash tests, into cars at speeds up to approximately forty miles per hour. In addition, Mr. Chipman is also our motorcycle expert.

RGK Consultants is excited to announce that Mr. Chipman has furthered his qualifications to better help all clients. Mr Chipman has become proficient in graphic animation regarding accidents.

Raymond Glenn

Associate and expert in the tractor/trailer industry. Raymond has driven a commercial vehicle in excess of 5 million miles.
